My therapy approach is strengths based and person centered, with a focus on building resilience and personal skills.

I am open to assisting all races, genders, and sexual orientations. Both online and in person meeting options are available. Please reach out with any questions, either about me, or about therapy in general. I'm happy to talk with you.
